Our Selection Process
Application Review
We read every application carefully against the criteria for the role.
Initial Interview
Shortlisted candidates are invited to an online interview with an HR representative and the relevant team leader to get to know each other and explore the fit.
Mock Class or Case Study
Selected candidates are invited to teach a short lesson to a real group of students. For non-teaching roles, you will be asked to complete an assigned task in person. This is the heart of our process — we want to see you in action.
2nd Interview
You will meet with the Principal to explore the mutual fit between your profile and LEAF Academy's needs and culture.
Offer
We keep all candidates informed throughout. The selected candidate receives a formal offer at the close of the process.
